cuando llegamos al hotel, la chica que nos atendió, no nos explico nada, hice reserva para tres y solo había toallas para 2, no hay vasos, agua, plancha, ganchos. Realmente necesitaba esas cosas, sobretodo porque viajaba con mi mamá que es ciega, cuando pedí apoyo con alguna de esas cosas, la respuesta siempre fue "no hay

El trato y que nos corrieron y querían que pagarámos otro habitación que por qué el personal del hotel nunca me explico que habia un check tink en la hora de llegada Y nos querían cobrar otra reservación que por qué la página tenía el error cuando fue culpa de su personal

I booked this hotel because of its location being very centric and their rooms are very spacious.

The room was close to the street with big windows at my shoulder level which made the room very noisy at night and the billboard lights were right above the window, giving the feeling of being in a cheap motel where the billboard lights flicker all night! The curtains didn't block the street lights so I was always lit, making me restless all night. The bed was very basic with not much cushion and no comforter to keep me warm, just a few sheet and a thicker blanket, so I was cold at night, the showerhead was small and didn't spray evenly, not covering my entire body and leaving me feeling cold and partially wet. The worst part was the floors! They were extremely slippery and I felt and smacked my face on the floor, scratched my elbow and my knee to the point that I was considering to press charges against the facility! The hotel has no elevator, so you're forced to drag your luggage through a very narrow steps with no railing to support yourself, making this process very dangerous as well! They don't have a receptionist full time, so there is a hotline if you ever need assistance when no one is there in their office. The room is very spacious but the light switches are far away from bedside, as well as their power outlets, making the experience very uncomfortable, getting out of bed and walk to turn lights or to plug your chargers or else. The room is poorly lit, making it feel darkish all the time, the main light was flickering, so it was very annoying for me. My breakfast was included but I had to walk a few blocks to their parent hotel to be able to be served, since this hotel lacks of a kitchen. Overall not recommended to stay there at all.

The address on bookings.com is incorrect. The receptionist was not helpful. There is no remote for the TV. 3 guests and 1 bath towel. Had to ask for towels and soap. 2 nights stay and nobody cleaned the room or even emptied the garbage. Had to ask for toilet paper. Beds were rock hard and top blanket was ripped and stained. The trains run non-stop all night with constant horn honking. I've stayed in hostels that were better for 1/10th of the price, in Mexico! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
