La Terrazza Sul Mare

The view was outstanding, the property was large and close to the old town and the owner was fabulous. Air con was awesome and a full sized fridge. Swimming beach right across the road was great too.

The things we didn't love we have found are common throughout Italy and Greece. For example late check in (4pm) and the 'bedrooms' aren't really bedrooms. There is a blind separating one room from the family area and the other bed is in the living room. So not great if you are 2 couples but great for a family. There are a few stairs if you have luggage.

Harika bir manzara . Konum olarak merkezde yer alıyor. Dairenin içinde her şey mevcut. Günlük kullanım için tuz , biber , deterjanlar , tuvalet kâğıdı ve sair tüm malzemeler fazlasıyla konulmuş. Evin önünde tertemiz bir kumsallı plajda sabahları denize girdik. Üç gece konakladığımız bu evde çok rahat ettik. Ev sahibi samimi ve konuksever. Hemen alt kattaki restorantı da aynı ev sahibi işletiyor.Restoranttaki yemekler güzeldi. Biz ahtapot ve kalamar tercih ettik her ikisi de harikaydı. Bir gece de Yunan gecesi canlı müzik yapıldı . Çok eğlendik. Tekrar geleceğiz ve senin Varvayanni ‘ni içeceğiz Konstantin .

Location was across from small beach, short walk to walled old city and the room has a view over the harbor. The host was very accommodating, good sense of humor and helpful. The room was large with a kitchen. The decor and layout is a little funky but we liked it- I would stay there again.

The stairs going up and down could use some safety strips. Also the sink in the bathroom was pretty small.

The owner was very welcoming. He was kind enough to helped us throughout ours stay with things like booking taxis and treated us to a round of drinks at the restaurant. The apartment has the most beautiful views too. Amazing location! Beautiful beach just outside the apartment was great for swimming.

Amazing location and view from the apartment to the sea. 5 min walking distance to the old city and 30 seconds to the beach and downstairs restaurant with best food we had in Rhodos. The apartment had everything we needed and if we missed something Kostas and Maria made sure we get it and more. Such friendly people and we will definitely be back.

Just a bit more focus on cleaning but nothing that can't be fixed.

La Terrazza is located in a perfect place on the seashore, just next to the old town. The view is beautiful, many restaurants nearby and there’s a big open parking place next to the building. Our host, Mr Kostas was very helpful and friendly. We got a lot of useful informations, recommendations&tips from him. Thanks a lot again Mr Kostas! Definitely recommended!
