The property is in quiet road , it’s silent and it is in a great position near the station and the main attractions of Palermo . The room was very clean and the owners were kind and reliable.

Modesta pulizia dei servizi igienici, della pavimentazione e della biancheria da letto. Cuscini macchiati, ne consiglio la sostituzione. Scarsa luminosità della camera

La localización es perfecta, la atención de Francesco y su equipo inmejorable, y la zona común te permite facilidades para hacerte un café, comer si quieres en el apartamento,etc....

Le faltaba un poco de ventilación y la bomba del baño hacía mucho ruido cada vez que se usaba y se oía en otras habitaciones, y la entrada tiene unas escaleras bastante empinadas que no se ven en las fotos, si viene alguien con dificultades de movilidad es una dificultad.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la flexibilité, la compréhension et la gentillesse du gestionnaire. Initialement logées dans une chambre sans fenêtre, nous avons été déplacées dans un logement bien plus agréable : lumineux, propre, avec fenêtres et même un jacuzzi. La description « chambre avec patio » portait à confusion, car nous nous attendions à un espace détente lumineux, ce qui n’était pas le cas au départ. Heureusement, Francesco a su gérer la situation avec professionnalisme et nous proposer une chambre très confortable et idéalement située. grand merci

The location is really good, but that’s the only positive thing. Most of the surrounding buildings look like they’re falling apart.

This should definitely not be on booking. This is 40-50 euro Prague Airbnb quality at best. We arrived at 22:30 after a long flight and a one hour train ride, only to be welcomed by a nonfunctional toilet and a blocked shower drain, so we couldn’t even shower which is just great when it’s 32 degrees outside and you’re sweaty. We called the owner, and he sent someone to fix it later that day. The mechanics were literally pulling out stuck sewage, and as a result, our entire room smelled like shit for two days, perfect. Since the room only had a very small window and the bathroom had no window at all, we couldn’t air it out properly. After using the toilet, both the room and the bathroom smelled terrible for another 3–5 hours. On top of that, flushing the toilet made a very loud noise, so if you needed to pee at night, you risked waking up your partner or friend. This completely ruined the first 3 days of our stay. Honestly, this is the worst booking I have ever experienced. As for the city itself, it was really dirty compared to Germany, where I usually spend most of my time, so it was quite a shock. There was trash everywhere, hardly any bins or garbage cans, wrecked cars everywhere and the area didn’t feel safe. Just a two minute walk away, there was some sort of casino with strange people hanging around
