Great location, very clean. Even had water in the fridge

1. Collecting the keys 20 minutes by public transport is not good 2. The apartment is in a 5 story building; there was no description which apartment it was, so had to try all the doors (of course it was on the 5th floor, the 2nd to last apartment in the building). Didnt make me a popular person at 11pm 3. Exposed wires from a socket that has come loose 4. The faucet in the bathroom (toilet) isnt working!

Very easy keys pickup, nice reception with precise informations. The appartment is excellent, with a lot of facilities. Great location, in the city centre, close to all restaurants, bars and Xmas markets. Public transportation lines at 100 metres.

A bit cold inside and no way to pilot the temperature of the thermostat. The tap of the toilette was broken. There is a coffee machine but not the capsules.

Beautiful design and location is superb.

Yoilet was outside the bedroom and faucet didnt work...minir issue really.

Very clean apartment, night in the city center, easy access to public transport, very supportive staff that seats at Bristol hotel (managing the property). Staff calls regularly to see if something is needed. Easy to get keys from Bristol hotel and head to the apartment. Apartment has an elevator. Very easy checkout.

People with heavy luggages have to consider that the check-in and the apartment are in different locations. I would suggest to communicate with the staff before, if you have many pieces of languages.

Amazing location

Can be loud at night due to proximity to bars, exactly because of the good location. Bring earplugs.

Beautifully designed.

Building opposite is being renovated and very noisy building works started at 6am. I worked that night until midnight so needed some good sleep.
