"A Return Visitor, And It Will Continue"

Stayed several times and if I didn't like it, I wouldn't. Clean, modern, professional, onsite parking. When working in Gloucestershire I wouldn't consider anywhere else.

Next to a busy road so occasionally a bit of road noise, police sirens etc. Nothing that really detracts from this fantastic apartment.

Lovely apartment very convenient location. Communication brilliant. Very clean and well stocked with essentials. Warm and comfortable. Bed also very comfy. Can't fault it. Spotlessly clean and heating and light on for our arrival which was very welcome. Will definitely be back.

"A great flat in a handy location on the inner ring road."

The ground floor flat was clean, modern and well equipped and ideally located for visits to family and friends. The electric room heaters were easy to control individually. The bed was very comfortable. The building is near to a busy road, roundabout and railway line but the flat is on the side away from the road. There is a 24 hour filling station with an M&S Simply Food store on the opposite side of the roundabout. The assigned car parking space is about 50 yards from the back door but we could park temporarily alongside the apartment for unloading. As there are 4 doors to get to the flat, we passed our belongings through the window to save time. I used to cycle past this building on my way to secondary school in the 1960s so it was interesting to see the interior of these converted offices.

The building is surrounded by residents' parking spaces, paving and gravel so it is very functional, as are the public areas inside. It is a converted early 20th century office building with an interesting, period entrance hall but the corridors are a little austere. A minor niggle with the flat is that there is no light near the bathroom mirror. We also took a while to master the microwave and oven. I don't think the instructions were in the otherwise comprehensive information folder.

Terrible. I was sent an unsolicited text request to provide ID details, including sending a scan of my passport. This could not have suggested more like a scam if they'd tried. Awful.

The impersonal, text request for a scan of my passport was awful. There's no way I'd ever advise someone to do that.
