That they couldn’t help since I had to leave a day earlier because of the sudden death of my husband, I asked for a refund and they said I should request it from booking.com

I didn't sleep there. There was no accommodation. I booked a room that was not available. Please make sure you refund me the full amount. I tried to call and send an email to inform you on Saturday. Call me on 0833715794. I'm angry. I had to book another accommodation and it was raining.
