A La Mode Cappadocia

La posizione era ottima vicino al museo e alla centro della cittadina. Camera spaziosa e accogliente. Buona la piscina riscaldata.

La colazione poco curata: molte mosche sul cibo e nessuno se ne cura. Non c’è un guardiano all’ingresso della struttura e non essendo recintato entrano tutte le persone di passaggio o che vogliono recarsi al Sunpoint. Il personale c’è ma sembra poco motivato. A fine giornata intorno alla piscina abbiamo trovato ogni pomeriggio bottiglie di plastica lasciate in giro e teli sporchi abbandonati. Nella camera abbiamo trovato un asciugamano sporco degli ospiti precedenti.

I booked this hotel primarily as it looked great for families, and I was not wrong. Our bedroom was large, and we requested an extra bed for our son of 5 years. There was also a sofa in our room along with an armchair and a separate jacuzzi bath. The bathroom was large and comfortable. The location is very central and only a short walk to all the great cafes and restaurants in Goreme. It is also about a 15-minute walk up to the viewing point which we recommend seeing the balloons in the morning. However, if you prefer not to venture up to the viewing point, all you have to do is come out of your room and the balloons are visible straight away. Some fly extremely close by and this was a hit with our son. For a slightly better view, there is a viewpoint in the café next door to the hotel. You have to buy something to go there. For example, a hot chocolate was 190 TLR, around 4 euros. This is pricier than in other points, but the views are worth it! The swimming pool area was my favourite. There was a kiddies pool and a large pool. The large pool was a great temperature and there were towels and sun beds provided. There was also a play area with a climbing frame, swings and slides. It also had a mini football pitch and basketball court. Breakfast was very nice with a large selection of options with some variations from day to day. The area itself is very nice and you can sit outside if you are visiting in the summer. Overall I think it is a great option, especially if you are travelling with kids. I would especially like to mention Burga, who was one of the members of staff working in the breakfast area. he was always smiling and was great with our son.

Lo staff gentilissimo, la colazione buonissima, la posizione ottima e la piscina essenziale se si va d'estate! Consigliatissimo sopratutto con bambini!!!

Nous avons aime la localisation proche des activités que nous souhaitions faire en Cappadoce et ce qui nous a attiré c’est le calme qui était vanté sur Booking.

Le personnel est indifférent à votre présence. La logistique pas bien gérée : pas de serviettes à la piscine, pas de gel douche dans notre chambre, pas de papier toilette dans une autre, ils sont à trois en grosses chaussures sur le bord de la piscine pour faire les tests PH pendant que vous vous baignez. Personne au petit déjeuner une fois sur deux Et surtout lieu extrêmement bruyant. Vous vivez avec vos voisins. De la musique plein pot partout. Organisation d’un concert dans l’hotel dont le son était tellement fort que même avec les oreillers sur la tête impossible de dormir tant les vibrations étaient fortes. Mais c’est surtout que lorsqu’on va le souligner et bien : ils s’en fichent complètement. La police a du être contactée …. Donc : vous payez pour dormir, et on vous empêche de dormir. Très mauvaise expérience d’hôtel. (En revanche la Cappadoce est merveilleuse)
