Charming Boho entire condo w Patio Swing

This apartment was perfect for us. The pictures are very accurate. It is super well decorated, very Tulum vibes. The flat was very clean and they were very helpful whenever we had questions or needed something. Ammenities in the complex are great. With a nice little gym and two pools. Location is also excellent. Inside Aldea Zama which is one of our favorite areas in Tulum. Very close to nice little bars and restaurants. The beach is about 8 mins away by car.

Such a nice condo, lots of attention to detail and great quality furniture and bedding used. Indeed "boho-style" with nice touches (table books, pool towels, shampoo/conditioner in bathrooms, a closet with washer/dryer, cleaning materials, umbrellas, etc). The complex is new with two pools and a gym, all facilities and the condo were well maintained and kept clean. The house has an electronic lock. Parking on site with 24/7 guard. It's on the edge of the Aldea Zama neighborhood and restaurants/shops are at 10-15 minutes walk/few minutes by bike/car.

The nearby area is still in development, the condo is just on the edge of the neighborhood. All good as long as you have a car/bike/scooter to get to the larger supermarkets, restaurants or the beach. The condo itself has several windows (really large ones in the living room) but receives limited daylight/no sun on the terrace. Not a problem for us just good to know.

It’s a beautiful condo, just as advertised. Patio swing is cute but much less spacey than in the photos and absolute mosquito territory so we gave up on trying to use it.

Location is fine if you are planning to stay long term and have your own car/scooter etc. otherwise i would not recommend. It’s an under development area with luxury condos that borders the poorest parts of town. That alone is disturbing in itself. But mostly whist some of the condos are finished, many are still in construction which gives the place a very ghostly feeling. It’s also not safe at all outside of the gated condos, we got mugged just a hundreds meters or so outside of the gated entrance of Tao. But if you plan to get a car, live your life in the luxury bubble and never make contact with anything else than this is your spot!
