The fridge was in the bedroom. There was a lot of noise from upstairs and it was beginning 4:00 in the morning

"Extremely bad to a point that we left days before the check came out date…"

Leaking water from the roof. Kitchen appliances very cheap and not well maintained. Cheap furniture. Very low roof, cheap materials on the WC. Must walk very carefully fearing that things will break. Both rooms have water infiltration in many locations. Dust and the bed, sofa and more. Not clean and very bed.

The layout of the flat was good and accommodated to our needs.

The dishes were not properly cleaned. We had to clean them before we used them. There are no kitchen essentials that are usually supplied such as salt and pepper. The mattresses were very soft. The whole apartment seemed a little run down, there was water damage from leakage, chipped paint, a carpet was lying outside the house on the carpark. Since there was a blocked road, the way into town required a very long detour.

Key apparently wasn't in lockbox although it was put there on checkout. £138 charge from damage deposit for this. Scam alert. Be careful. Take photos of everything. Not had a problem in 5 yrs until here. Never again !!!!

Clean and tidy inside

There where no door hangers in bathroom and bedroom. Small sofa can seat two people not enough for family. B entertainment on TV. Few channels of free view. you Can hear next door people Talking. No sound proof. Had to pay same price of deposit to book the apartment. Also had to send proof of Identity.

"A highly disappointing stay marred by multiple issues..."

My recent stay at the accommodation was profoundly disappointing and fell far short of the expectations set. Upon arrival, there were multiple concerning issues that significantly impacted my stay, seriously undermining its quality. The condition of the accommodation upon arrival was appalling, despite the substantial cost incurred for the stay. Unclean surfaces, persistent disruptions in lighting, faulty furniture (including a broken chair), and noise disturbances from other guests during designated quiet hours contributed to an uncomfortable experience. Additionally, the crockery and cutlery provided were dirty, and there were hairs found on the bedding, which was unacceptable. Moreover, the quality of the curtains in one of the rooms was extremely poor, leading to disrupted sleep during the night. This added to the overall dissatisfaction, as a good night's sleep was hard to come by due to the inadequate curtains. The request for a replacement key at a cost of £65 was unwarranted, given that we used an alternative key and ensured its proper return upon departure. Furthermore, the £70 cleaning service payment proved to be ineffective, as several areas remained unclean, notably the bathroom and dusty surfaces. Furthermore, it took an hour for a house issue to be resolved, necessitating us to wait outside in the cold. The landlord was unreachable during this time, causing significant inconvenience and discomfort
