"Mets our needs but over priced for the location."

The house was clean, had everything we needed and close to a wedding venue we were attending across the weekend.

The garden needed some work, better seating area and updating. Given the price of the rental it was not located in an area which would be conducive to a holiday vibe although it suited our purpose.

Fit the requirements for our stay well for the price.

We turned up to an unclean property with food on the side and unmade beds etc. Whilst this was addressed, the host has since been very rude and ignored contact from both myself and booking.com

The house was lovely exceptionally clean, great facilities everything provided towels tea coffee sugar. Very big lots of room. Really great.

"Massive disappointment."

The bathrooms and kitchen have been refurbished and were lovely. It was largely clean.

The oven was filthy. The bedding was stained and mismatched. One photo on the listing shows matching crockery and cutlery on the table - none of this is actually at the property - I suspect the photo was taken elsewhere. The couch was stained, the freezer hasn't been defrosted in years and barely usable. To market this property as "Immaculate" is misleading and we were very disappointed.
