"peccato, con qualche intervento di ristrutturazione sarebbe un bell'appartamento"

posizione e vista incantevole. posto auto riservato.

l'appartamento ha del potenziale, ma andrebbe completamente ristrutturato. Il secondo bagno è chiuso e quindi inutilizzabile ma emana odore sgradevole in tutta casa e dormire nella camera adiacente impossibile senza tenere le finestre aperte. impianto elettrico con cavi volanti. le luci principali nella sala non si accendono da interruttore ma da una presa elettrica a terra. nell'unico bagno disponibile la finestra si apre a vasistas ma per tenerla aperta ci sono fascette, lo scarico è difettoso e la porta si chiude a fatica. la cucina veramente minimal come da foto.
