Facilities all ok

The room is not the same as advertised in booking. I know it's marketing, but it's not adequate & not the same as reality. All customers will remember that it's the same as advertised. Thank you for this complaint.

The car park is dark. Honestly the place is scary. The host not flexible at all. Policy yes understandable check out 11am. Who in the hell have a short break rushing to check out. Even hotel after breakfast give grace period until 12 to 12.30. They give us until 11.30. Waiting for lift and making a U turn to drop the key is another half hour and this host keep calling “ you check out already “ WTF.
