Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, w samym centrum starego miasta. Położenie na wewnętrznym dziedzińcu sprawia że jest tam zawsze bardzo cicho. Schody do lokalu na 2 piętrze nie są strome. Pokój dzienny wystarczająco duży dla 3 osób, wygodne łóżka. Bardzo dobre wyposażenie kuchni, łazienka czysta z oknem. Klimatyzacja zapewnia odpowiednią temperaturę, nawiew można odpowiednio ukierunkować za pomocą pilota. W pobliżu restauracje i 2 sklepy spożywcze. W około 5 minut można dojść na kamienistą plażę pod dawnym murem miasta.
