USThis place is incredible, Sam and her mom are wonderful people, and they actually sat and talked with us. It was so relaxing. The room was beautiful, and bed was incredibly comfortable. We are staying here again on our return trip.

USVery cool Victorian home that has been remodeled and owner continues to work on her vision for this property. Very comfortable beds and all rooms have very nice decor. Really enjoyed talking to owner Sam and her mother Elaine. Wonderful people!

CAWas nice and clean, quiet and comfortable. It was walking distance to downtown so easy to go out for dinner without driving anywhere. The breakfast was really good and there were lots of snacks. The ability to pick Soaps Out was fun and a great idea.

USThis is a “work in progress,” but none-the-less, when I was unavoidably delayed and finally rolled up at 03:00, I was greeted with a warm welcome and woke up later that morning in an amazing, traditional4-post bed felling refreshed and ready to go again!
It was a little bit difficult to find in the dark — Buffalo does not have an abundance of street lights.
USI liked the breakfast and we felt very comfortable at the inn.
