Oasis de luxe--Serviced studio apartment

Very modern building with gym and pool, view from rooftop is amazing. Washer and dryer.

When we arrive, the room was not perfect. The grill was dirty and the staff forgot her lunch and yogurt in the room. Just felt weird.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel and definitely recommend. Cyrus the property manger is amazing and very kind. He was there for us at every point and made our trip more enjoyable. He is very knowledgeable and makes sure that you are comfortable the entire time. His communication was impeccable, reaching out prior to our stay and ensuring we were all set for our stay. He personally checked in everyday to see if we required anymore assistance. This made us feel valued and cared for. We have vowed to only stay at this hotel, everyone we are in Kigali. The hotel is very beautiful with great ammenities and very close to berthing you need. So it is very cost efficient when it comes to moving around Kigali. 10/10 service and accommodation 💗

The property was located very close to the convention center and is surrounded by lost of great restaurants within walking distance , you can get a motor bike or a taxi at your convenience , there is a rooftop pool and a gym on the house, the staff are friendly and very helpful

The cleaning service could do a little more work especially around the shower, and fittings I had to supervise them at a point but they were willing

Very clean and modern apartment I felt very safe in Kigali and in the apartment The kitchen had everything I needed The washer machine was a bonus and the lovely views from my balcony Yes there is no aircon but the fan was powerful and could be operated while the TV was on You can watch free movies through YouTube on the TV All the staff were very friendly including Cyrus the manager who made sure I was looked after The restaurant was a little bit more expensive but the food was of high quality - please try the Tilapia Fillet with lemon sauce and their margaritas! The apartment is within 10 minutes walk to the conference centre
