"Pleasant"

Location was amazing,on the top of the hill,just sheeps and nature around. Nice fireplace. Cottage had great heating.

Dishwasher was dirty and smelly. Bed in the main bedroom is very bad,squiks when you move,didnt get much sleep.

"Beautiful cottage for a relaxing break"

This is a really special cottage - refurbished and decorated to really high standards. So beautiful and relaxing! You’re not too far out of town to explore but equally it is a great escape and very quiet. Great views from the kitchen. Lovely details throughout the cottage. The host was very easy to deal with. A great break!

"Perfect getaway"

This cottage is so cosy and comfortable, perfect for a quiet getaway, 2 generous size sitting rooms with really comfy furniture. Modern kitchen appliances and bathrooms that were spotless. It was just myself and my husband but there would be plenty of space for 2 couples without feeling cramped. Lovely garden area and decent distance from neighbours so you don't feel overlooked.

"Magic Stone Cottage & Surrounds. Wished We Stayed Longer."

Loved the aspect and views. The fireplace. Quiet location, Donegal hinterland. Town 10 minutes away. Stone cottage so quaint and pretty. We all (two senior couples) fell in love with it. The UK based postal coordinates alpha-numeric locator thingy was very helpful finding the cottage. Wish we had that in Australia. Use it to negotiate back roads and lanes to cottage. All appliances and conveniences good, except for the below...

One of the toilets (down stairs) plumbing a tad challenging to master :)

"Gorgeous cottage well equipped for a week stay!"

Property is located on a quiet hill overlooking gorgeous farmland. A 15 minute drive to Donegal town. Recently renovated. Cozy. Heat worked well; laundry; beautiful kitchen with room to cook and well stocked utensils. Wifi was fantastic! Great communication from host with recommendations in town. Has wood burning fireplace so bring extra wood if you plan to use. Has kettle and coffee machine and even a kitchen aid mixer. Well equipped for a longer stay. Would love to stay again.

It's in the country so I encountered quite a few spiders. Would have loved a toaster.
