The room was spacious but poor maintenance

The place was Shady and uncomfortable for a woman to stay alone. They had dirty linen. The staff kept arguing when asked for bedsheet change. The pillows cushions had hair all over. The adjacent gym noises were such a nuisance. The commode was yellow looked unhygienic.

Very unwelcoming staff at the reception.

Attitude at the reception. No hospitality or courtesy

Pleasant and Awesome stay experience, I have decided to book the same stay for all my travel to Pune.

No service even for tea coffee if you are leaving early in the morning

Zero points ...worst ever people of reception and hotel is garbage ...cockrosches...hairs...soiled pillow ...worst people of reception....gates will be closing at 11...no parking space...4th floor of residential ...felt like brothel....scamming asked for new linen they told not there ...wanted to refund but impossible. .....luggage can't be taken in lift

Very unhygienic soiled clothes and muddy pillow with bedsheets full of semen and hair ....Worst hotel ever....all ratings here are paid and not by the users ....it's not a hotel...some apartment in the corner ...there is no location ....ita in the fourth of floor of some residential complex...I was misguided by the scoring of 8 ....I repent going such place.....family with kids and descent never go here

Wifi was not working...after complaining they got it repaired and it started working.
