Boundos By The Beach

Blisko do plaży. Plaża dość długa, kamienista, zagospodarowana (leżaki z parasolami, przebieralnie, prysznice) bary z jedzeniem i piciem wzdłuż plaży. Miejscowość Barbati to w zasadzie tylko plaża i wszystko co zlokalizowane przy głównej drodze - knajpy i kilka sklepów, dla nas była bazą wypadową do zwiedzania wyspy. Okolica apartamentu spokojna - nie słychać samochodów ani głośnej muzyki z plaży. Apartament mieści się w piętrowym bungalowie - pod nami był inny apartament. Widok z apartamentu na morze (lokalizacja na wzniesieniu). Apartament miał dwie sypialnie, jedna z wyjściem na taras z widokiem na morze. Część kuchenna połączona z przestronnym salonem. W salonie kilka sof a w części kuchennej duży stół, więc dla 4 osób dorosłych było wystarczająco dużo przestrzeni. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Ręczniki dla każdego, czystość w porządku.

Znalezienie apartamentu zajęło nam sporo czasu, mimo informacji od właściciela (w okolicy było sporo podobnych budynków) Mieliśmy też problem ze znalezieniem miejsca parkingowego przypisanego do apartamentu (znajdowało się ono przy drodze głównej, a nie przy ulicy, przy której były zlokalizowane apartamenty, poza tym numer miejsca parkingowego był słabo widoczny, namalowany na murku - przydałoby się go "odświeżyć" lub przymocować tabliczkę z numerem i nazwą apartamentu, tak jak przy innych miejscach parkingowych) Mikroskopijna łazienka z toaletą. Było trochę mało miejsca na tarasie. Powrót z plaży może być dla niektórych ciężki - dość strome podejście.

Very good location, the clean beach was within walking distance; the apartment is located in a village-like complex, with narrow pathways, small terraces and lush vegetation. A cozy atmosphere in general. The apartment was very well equipped and very clean. Although one can deduct it from the Booking description, it is woth mentioning that this particular apartment has no sea view, only the other one above it. The parking space is nearby.

Wi-fi was not working from the first moment of our stay. I was told that it is because the internet connection is unstable on the island. But I doubt it: the internet connection was working in the room, which was the furthest from the device (connection provided in the next apartment?). Be aware that the inner room for two persons has no window. This was not obvious from the pictures. It might not be the owner's responsibilty: the nearby gate (located 10 m away) to the street from the apartment complex was locked and we could not use it. We had to sneak into and out of the complex every time through a narrow opening next to the closed gate. The recommended access to the apartment was through an another, open gate further away, requiring a lengthy detour. This could be mentioned in advance to avoid disappointment.

Awesome location, very nice house with Greek style interior, sea view, nice balcony, everything you need for a calm summer vocation. Seaside 2 min walking from the house, nice coffee place nearby

The air conditioner in the room was not that strong, but opening a door to the living room solved the heat topic

We were given the wrong apartment number for our villa, when I called for help I was told nobody else had issues getting into the villa.
