Comfortable, clean, no stairs. Small, nicely stocked kitchen. Close to shops. About half mile from beach and quarter mile to small downtown. Cute city.

There was an air freshener which bothered me - allergies.

Thank you very much for a great stay. Accommodation beautiful, clean. We were completely satisfied. I was positively surprised by the size of the room..it was big. A fridge and coffee were available to us, which was great in the morning. The communication with the owner was perfect, he answered right away, and he was on his vacation. The owner recommended great connections from Rome and to the airport which were very helpful. The owner was very willing and allowed us to check out later than 10 a.m. according to prior agreement.

We liked the clean upkeep of the accommodation; the quick and hassle-free communication; the kind and caring accommodator who provided us with valuable information and very good tips. Even though the room was small and cozy, it was very comfortable. A big positive was the separate bathroom for each room and also AC, which is not that common in italian accommodation.

A minor negative was the location of the accommodation - quite far from the centre and the beach, but nothing terrible. On the other hand, we were very close to groceries. Another not very pleasant surprise was the ban on preparing hot meals without being informed in advance.

Great location with easy access to bars, restaurants. Supermarket is just 5 minutes walk, 10 minutes to the public beach. Only 20 ride by city train to Rome city center.

There wasn't enough space to dry things after the beach.
