GBExceptional stay – thoughtful, immaculate, and worth it We booked in for a couple of nights at View of the Mountain and absolutely loved it. It’s a B&B-style home, but with a separate entrance to your own private apartment, which made it feel really private and comfortable. Check-in is easy with a lockbox, and the place itself was absolutely immaculate. They’ve genuinely thought of everything you might need for a weekend in the mountains. There are so many thoughtful little touches that made a big difference: a hot water bottle, chocolates, washer and dryer, dressing table, warm towel rail in the bathroom, and the upstairs kitchen area is fully equipped with everything you could need. It’s just brilliant, honestly. The driveway is large with plenty of space for parking, which is really convenient. There’s also a Co-op just a 3-minute drive away for food and essentials. The location is perfect if you love hiking but don’t want to camp — it’s honestly a dream base. We hiked Etive Beag for sunrise and loved it, and it was only a 12-minute drive to the parking spot for the hike in the morning. The price is on the higher side, but when you see the standard of the accommodation and the level of care that’s gone into it, it completely makes sense. We would absolutely stay again. Thank you so much for your hospitality — it was truly appreciated.
Very little, honestly. The price is on the higher side, but in my opinion it’s justified for the standard and quality of the accommodation. Having a car is definitely the best option for getting around, although there are bus stops nearby with connections to places like Fort William.

USThis apartment was incredible. The hosts were super thoughtful with all the information they provided and the amenities were fantastic. We particularly loved the shoe dryer after encountering a peat bog during our trip. It was also a very short drive from Glencoe, which made the location very convenient.

DEDie Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie ist wunderbar gelegen, um Glencoe und Ben Nevis zu erkunden. Die Natur ist dort wunderschön. Die Besitzer sind sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren

MUVery well equipped, spacious, bedroom and living area are seperate, nice view from the living room window upstairs. Clear instructions. Attention to detail and cleanliness. The apartment looks brand new. Well located for road trips in the area. Quite place.
