The property is a few steps away from the slopes - A pleasure! Able to leave and take snack or rest break whenever needed. The host answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. Neat, clean and appealing. Very recommended!

DO NOT BOOK HERE! We had the property booked and transfer booked with the owner as well. One night before arrival, she didn’t confirm our transfer time from tblisi and then told us the apartment has a problem she will place us in another one. The other one was SO FAR the location was not a match, nor the facilities nor the rating. But apparently most ratings on this one are fake. We booked it for its good reviews and almost ended up on the street!! Booking customer service were honestly useless, they did not help us, there were barely any apartments left to book! Worst experience with this host who ended up canceling our booking and with a platform that does not list secure booking options and places customer safety at risk. No credibility, no professionalism, nothing. We ended up booking last minute via hotels.com and their service and help were EXCELLENT!

Do not recommend it. Do not book it. Do not trust the reviews or the host you will end up on the streets with no place to stay.

it was VERY hard to find the hotel and the entrance(nobody knew it)and we were searching for it with the HEAVIEST ski equipments in our hands. Finally we contacted the host via whatsapp and SOMEHOW got to the entrance.

Для апартаментов, если это апартаменты, то качество очень сильно так себе, нет стиральной машины, есть ключ - карта Одина на всех), если вы лыжник вернулись один, то сидите и ждите, когда принесут ключ в ботинках лыжных ходить нельзя(это нормально), окна не закрываются плотно от слова совсем, хранилище есть, но сушилка там не работает, после каталки несите в номер на обогреватель сушить. Сантехника, у нас была очень плохо сделана. И слышимость отличная, мне не мешало, но кому то возможно важно. Вообщем как то все троечку из пяти не знаю какой здесь это бал. В остальном горы класс, расположение тоже хорошее.

זהו בניין דירות מאוד לא מזמין. הדירה עצמה נעימה אבל קטנה. מתאימה לזוג פלוס ילד, לא יותר. שימו לב- ניו גודאורי זה לא מיקום מתאים למתחילים. יש שם רק מסלולים מאתגרים יחסית.

Absolutely nothing. There was not a single positive aspect to this stay because the entire listing was a deception. I was just glad to leave as soon as possible.

The photos on the listing are fake and do not represent the property at all. The room was dirty, had a bad odor, and featured cheap bunk beds instead of the modern furniture shown online. The "bait-and-switch" tactic of sending a different address via WhatsApp is a total scam.
