Como is a beautiful, vibrant city, but to be able to retreat to lush, quiet Brunate in the evening is such a treat! The Funicolare takes 7 minutes, and you can actually see the entrance to the flat from inside the cable car when it arrives at the top. The view from the spacious terrace is FANTASTIC, we never got tired of sitting there, admiring the view. The terrace and the bedrooms have the evening sun. The flat was equipped with everything we needed for the week, the main bedroom is bigger than it looks on the photos, the bathrooms are modern and comfortable. The lack of air condition was never a problem even though the weather was very hot during our stay, there were electric fans in the bedrooms and the kitchen but there was rarely use for them. Brunate is a very nice village with good restaurants and a small grocery store. Take a walk to the light house, and if you are staying for more than a day or two, buy a seven day pass for the Funicolare - it pays off after 5 single journeys, and you get to skip the often very long ticket queue. I strongly recommend this flat!

We booked this place for the terrace and it did not disappoint - it made the holiday. Fantastic view, shaded in the morning, sunset in the evening. Great place with everything we needed. Excellent kitchen equipment - the sharpest knives I've ever used in a holiday place! Location was ideal - so close to the funicular and really easy to get down into Como. Though lots of great dinner options in Brunate.

There was a heatwave and it was really hot. Air conditioning would have been lovely, but we made do with the fans in the place

The view was exceptional and the town of Brunate lovely. The apartment was clean and well appointed.

The need for 2nd bedroom to walk through the front bedroom to access the living area. Parking is all but non existent unless lucky as only 4 spots close. Would be better to advise occupants to park in Como near Funicular as apartment only 300m from station in Brunate.

We loved the location and the terrace with that amazing view. Hosts are really friendly, helpful. Definitely highly recommended this accomodation.

Great balcony big enough for a table and chairs - with spectacular views on Lake Como and the Alps.

Everything here was Wonderful!! Apartment has everything u need and more....for cooking, coffee, sleeping, relaxing, etc. The owner has it stocked very well...modern and stylish. Shower has Great 🔥 water. AMAZING View of Lake Como and the surrounding area. 3 minute walk from feniculare and plenty of good restaurants+shops nearby. The balcony is fantastic 😍. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! Do yourself a favor--stay here and never stop smiling 😊.
