Erica was very supportive with check in, parking and information. She also left us some lovely home baked goods.

Not a problem for us but stairs to apartment with your luggage.

The apartment was superb and flawless. Whole apartment is very new and modern, very spacious and clean. Everything were almost perfect. The host would come to greet us when we arrived and when we left to make sure everything was ok. She would also provide breakfast and homemade bread, which was sweet. Sassi di Matera was just 5 min walk away and very convenient.

The only bad about the apartment was that it was actually on a 1st floor of an old building. I.e. we have to take our luggages and bags up 1 flight of stairs to reach the apartment. We probably missed it but we were not aware of it before coming. If we did notice, most probably we will not book this apartment, which we would regret. Our stay of 2 nights was superb and if we have a chance to come again, we will choose to stay here again. Besides, parking has to be at a paid, public, and covered parking complex which is 3-5 min walk away. Easy enough though.

was greeted by host at door which was very welcoming. host provided a number foods and stocked the fridge with essentials which was unexpected and so nice. Host also arranged for us to have plenty of bottled water during our stay which was great because the supermarket which was only across the street had been closed.

liked everything but there were steep stairs in the unit that could be problematic for little children or elderly but we didn't expereince an issue, we were careful and walked down slowly.

The place is amazing. Great great location. It took the host five years to build it and everything is in the details. It’s artistic and also very practical to live in. Love every corner of it. Erica is a great host! She responded super fast and met all our small requests. Will definitely recommend others to live here. Will also be here again next time am in Matera.

It’s just perfect.

Perfect, perfect, perfect!. Beautiful, modern apartment at a perfect location to visit the high-lights of Matera. Erica is an excellent host. She responds quickly to questions and the home-made breakfast was delicious. Also, the kitchen is well equipped.
