Cleanliness. Good size of all the 3 double bedrooms. Cosy living. Good location.

The aparment was beautifully presented upon arrival with much appreciated welcoming chocolates! The bedrooms were very cozy and comfortable, the kitchen was very well-equipped and the central heating was very efficient. The vast selection of TV channels was an added bonus.

The lounge/dining area was a bit small, with the TV in an awkward position. However, it was still workable for a family of 5.

"Excellent choice when in Colchester"

Really nice apartment in Colchester. The instructions and communication with the host was exceptional.

If I had to say anything it would just be that the parking spot available is very constricted on the passenger side because of the bushes. However this is not a major issue!
