Excellent place!!! Great vibes overall!! Well maintained and clean. Great place to spend quality time with friends. Staffs were really kind and helpful. We had a great time. They did everything for us to make our stay a pleasant one. Views are mesmerizing, it's a perfect getaway. Night time BBQ and the garden lights made our stay a memorable one.

I recently stayed at Silver Spruce 2BHK Entire Floor Property and I can confidently say it's a hidden gem in Kotagiri. The entire experience was nothing short of magical. The rooms were elegant, cozy and offered tea estate mountain views. I absolutely loved the food , especially their pepper chicken and chicken 65 and chicken gravy were just divine. They went out of their way with thoughtful touches like a bonfire and arranged a cake for my son's birthday. Service was top notch , very quick responses by Amrith via WhatsApp and on call. They also have friendly all women staff members, made me feel at home. It was a perfect place to relax with my family with trees and bird sounds from the morning till late evening. Highly recommend this place, a 5 star experience for sure.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price We booked Silver Sprout for a special reunion trip after 8 years, but the stay was far from comfortable. There was a 7-hour power outage and no backup at all—no charging, no Wi-Fi, cold water for showers. The management was unresponsive and defensive when we raised the issue, though the staff at the property were polite. For the price we paid, this level of service was unacceptable. Would not recommend unless they improve basic facilities.
