Nothing was good there

I didnt the fact Nora lady responsible handing over the keys request we pay R1500 as a deposit I felt it was a scam and a way of making extra cash And sas very irritated when i was questioning this R1500 we ended up paying it as we felt we had now choice cauae where else were we gona go after payibg them for our stays

Close to the harbor center

We arrive late in the evening and there was no body to welcome us and there was no key, we try to contact the tenant and after 1 hour she respond that we are late and we need to go and fetch the key at another place, finally we got the key at around 01h00 in the morning and surprise arriving to the apartment the door was open and we inform the security the next morning. The A/C was very dirty and noisy that we could not leave it on, the TV we could no watch as there was no signal, the hand wash basin as block

Nice location. Parking included. It is fairly quiet in the building. communication with the Host

Only have sunblock in the room and no other curtains. it is quite easy to get lost in the all building before you get to your room, or to the parking.

The location was perfect.

Fridge door rubber broken, door did not close. Reported it, unfortunately never got any feedback. Had to make a plan to make it work for the weekend. Would have appreciated communication on the matter.

Terrible experience Aircon about 25 years or 50 years oldNo hand soap provided from th 1st day 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 8 nite stay . 2 towels provided for stay no change unless on linen change @ R480 Only one free linen change in 8 days . Had to pay 480 rands for a linen change . Late at nite u see small coach roaches walking on th bathroom & bedroom floor

The apartment is situated in a great location accessible.

We arrived to check in at 3pm and I had to call the host to let them know I’m waiting. A lady was sent 40minutes later with the apartment room keys. She walked us up to the room. The room was a mess, the bed sheets from the previous room occupants was still all over the bed untidily. Her explanation for the room being a mess was that there was a festival in the city the day before and the room was inaccessible to clean. She then explained how to get our checked bags to the room. We had to take the elevator to level 2 and then walk to level 3 door and then down to level 2 parking again to get our bags. It involved a lot of walking with no direct lift access to the room floor 5 and the parking level 2, which was only accessible to building residents.
