"Great place for a long or short get away!"

The location was perfect. Less than 5 minute walk to pizza and Gelato. Same with breakfast buffet. Did not have to wait for elevators during labor day weekend. Condo was clean and spacious. I we would definitely stay at ocean villa again!

Couldn't find an Ice machine. One of two toilets was a little slow.

The property was great, very pretty, well maintained, very clean. Very beautiful view of the ocean. Pools & hot tub were nice. Only ran into 1 manager looking guy the entire time but he was nice and friendly. Never had to talk to anyone for any reason. Didn’t have any problems with anything while we were there. Very short distance to Pier Park and lots of eating places near by.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was the parking situation. The parking garage is nice and easy to navigate but very short for tall vehicles. It is also across the street with a walkway over the street so you have to walk you things quite a distance to the elevators. You can get one of those carts to help you but it is just farther than most places where usually you can just pull up right to the front door. It is just inconvenient when unloading and loading back up because of the distance.

The Balcony/view

Sheets were dirty, had to wash first thing. no extra trash bags, toilet paper,paper towels or dishwasher pods. Mold in the bathroom.
