Was good: Cleanliness, staff, clean pool, good breakfast. And... The kitchen! We didn't expect it at all, so kitchen was a surprise. So convenient

May be a bit noisy for leftmost cabin near pathway to the sea. Consider asking for more distant cabins if quiet is critical

Great place and location with lovely views. Big room with a big balcony. We loved the well-maintained infinity pool and the access to the beach where you can see sea turtles just a short swim away. Friendly staff and good food.

The staff make up for all the misinformation provided. They were phenomenal and we have friends for life. And I loved all of the sea turtles around the area

Lets start with the owner Eliaz. We had a reservation for 58 days which we paid $1858. He canceled our reservation 5 days before we were to arrive. He said there was a leak in the room which we later found out, there was no leak in any of the rooms. He said Booking would relocate us which no one contacted us or did. He then contacted us the next day stating he could give us the room for 53 days for $1700 if we paid him directly to his bank acct. (which I have his acct info). When we said we didn't trust that he reopened the booking on the site and charged us $2095 for 5 less days. We later found out he had double booked the room for the last 5 days of our trip. The booking mentions "Free Breakfast Included" but he then tries to get the girls to charge you for anything over 200PHP which doesn't cover any complete meal and they said coffee and juice was NOT included. We refused to pay anything for the breakfasts because of how he overcharged us with the rebooking. The website on Booking states there is Aerobics, daily housekeeping, Spa, and hiking. All of which there is none of. The girls, if they had time might do Zumba on their own and would invite you to join but that did not happen once during our stay. Housekeeping was weekly if you asked. The "Spa" was the owners inviting you to ask the employees for a massage which is not something they enjoyed doing nor are they trained for. Also the smoke detector was missing for the first 5 weeks of our stay because they said the owner hates paying for batteries. The owner is a sketchy not honest man. While we were there there were people who had paid through Expedia and he refused their bookings last minute telling the girls to ignore and refuse them. And others who were screaming as they arrived stating they had paid him directly were told they had no room available for them. The site also states that the rooms are soundproof and they are far from that.

Schöner Pool und Anlage, dem Preis entsprechend mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Schöne überdachte Küche auf der Terrasse. Jedes Zimmer ist eigentlich ein kleines Haus. Frühstück ist inkl., soweit ich weiß. Ganz in der Nähe kann man Schlidkröten beobachten.

Die letzten Meter sind etwas holprig. Es gibt keinen oder nur einen Mini-Strand.

The staff always treats us very excellent when we stay there! They take care of every aspect of our stay and are so helpful. Because of the staff, we will always book stay here!
