What a beautiful home, in an amazing location. The views of Lake Como from the terrace are priceless. Massimo was a wonderful, accommodating host. We can't wait to go back.

"We loved our 2 week stay at Terazzo de Lago and especially enjoyed the big terrace and view."

Not applicable as it has a kitchen

The distance and access to grocery required a taxi costing 70 euros round trip. The walk to Varenna was 2 miles but the steepness of the return required a 15 euro taxi daily. The electric limitations outside host’s control turned off the AC units nightly which was especially hot upstairs awakening our guests. The AC units could then be restarted but it disturbed our sleep.

"A very good property to stay with the family if you have transport."

The terrace is the winner. Beautiful view of the lake. The property is spacious, and has car parking. Nice kitchen too. The host met us on arrival and was so welcoming.

Without a car, it is a little tricky getting in and out of town. Taxis need to be ordered and are not always available if busy with other bookings.
