Spacious and stylish 2 bedroom apartment

La ubicación excelente para nuestro interés (estudios de verano en el centro de Solihull)

Nos salió como alojamiento apto para nuestro grupo, 4 niños mayores y un adulto, para una estancia larga, pero se quedaba muy limitado porque el sofá cama del salón es tan incomodo que no se puede dormir ahí y tuvimos que usar una cuna de viaje para una niña de 8 años para poder dormir todos. Muchísimas arañas en la casa, no sé si salían de dentro del armario de limpieza o del de la secadora pero no podían ser del jardín nada más. El lavavajillas está medio estropeado. Algunos mensajes a los gestores se quedaron sin respuesta. La moqueta un poco sucia en el salón

I'm sure it's a lovely flat if we could have got into it as booked.

The host did not send the check in information leaving us stranded. The day after the check in date they messaged to say that the flat had not been ready in time. They promised a refund which did not materialise. Booking.com did not reply to my customer service messages.

Very nice warm cosy flat old fashion decor but never the less it was a comfortable stay and not far from the town centre so all good 😁

This was an ideal location as we have family nearby. This is a large 2 bed apartment with a parking space. Easy walk to Solihull Town centre. We know the area very well as we used to live there. Very large bedroom with ensuite. Beds were on the firm side. Smaller second bedroom with double bed.

Would have rated it higher if it wasn't for poor maintenance. We had to buy light bulbs for the ensuite as there was only one working. The tumble drier is missing the lint filter and was badly clogged which is a potential fire hazard, so had to clean this out. The replacement toilet seat in the main bathroom doesn't fit. The shower in the bathroom is attached to the bath with no screen, curtain or shower head holder. So we all used ensuite. The pillows on the beds need replacing. The lounge had 2 bed sofas. The one appeared to have a broken back and you couldn't sit against it, and the other was very uncomfortable to sit on as you could feel all the metal frame through it. The vacuum also wasn't working and appeared to be blocked. Be aware there is no lift, and apartment is on first floor. This could be perfect, if these relatively minor things were addressed.

This is the second time we've stayed here and we loved it again! 😊 Such a lovely property and Lizzie is a wonderful host who was always available to answer any questions we had. It's also a short 5-10 minutes walk away from Solihull town centre which was handy. Thank you for hosting us again, hopefully we'll be back in the future!
