Spacious room, good bathroom facilities, did the job. Good communication with owner. Great value and close to station for onward travel.

Been there with a friend, we booked for day time just to have a shower and rest a bit after a long bus trip, so we did not stay the night. For that purpose it was ok, room was clean, bathroom is great, amazing shower and ok bed for a nap. It is still very cheap, so a good compromise for a short stay in Hue.

The room needs some maintenance, nothing mayor, but some things are falling apart. The entrance area all around the room is quite dirty, location is a bit far from the historic district, but easy to reach with Grab. Check in is a bit late comparing to other places, but they let you leave the luggage in a room, which is not locked, but the area looked safe in general.

Such a perfect relaxing spot. The whole apartment is spacious and comfy. Cooking utensils supplied and the maid came every day to clean the room. Would definitely stay here again!

There seems to be an ant problem in the kitchen and there was no proper cleaning supplies given for when we did cook our own food. Some surface cleaner and kitchen towels would be ideal.

Pros - the host was incredibly kind and accommodating. I had some small issues when I first checked in with the water temperature (not their fault - it seems due to an adjustment made by a previous guest) and they were very responsive and came right over to sort the issue. They also kindly let me store my luggage after checkout so that I could explore before my bus. - the area was very convenient, just a few minutes from the train station and a short walk or scooter ride to the main attractions downtown - the accommodation was well laid out and clean

Cons - the room was very humid inside and the paint at the bottom of the wall was bubbling in many places. It may be slightly unavoidable given the climate (it was equally humid outside) but it meant that clothes and towels never really dried and was not the best for sleeping.

The place is very new and cosy. The staff is super friendly and gave us a lot of tips in Hue.

The place is huge, great if you are entertaining guests, though only one bed. Really a nice place. It seems very new, and there fore has a few mistakes, but all in all very nice

It was raining heavily, and the roof was leaking in the bathroom.

it's located close to the central station, just perfect to leave the bags and after that explore the city. the room was very clean, very nice furnished and very quiet for relaxing. the host was always ready to support and make the stay perfect. Definitely recommended!
