Attrezzature dichiarate ma mancanti: 1) asciugatrice;2) forno a microonde;3) cappa di aspirazione fumi non funzionante;4)divano letto non agibile (semi-rotto);5) mancanza di piatti fondi, piattini, pentolino,bicchieri da acqua, porta spazzolini nel bagno,insalatiera (ciotola per insalata).

Great location, close to everything. The apartment is well kept and equipped with everything you need.

The fact that it states 1 bedroom, 1 living room. In reality it is a studio with a bed behind a plasterboard wall. The cleaning charge is a surprise at the end of your booking. When you search in booking, it states includes all taxes and charges . In reality it isn't. Cleaning fee was another 50% of the booking price. It was a very unpleasant surprise, especially because for that money you can book hotel rooms.

Lovely spacious apartment in a quiet courtyard & great location.

An instruction booklet on washing machine would be helpful. Consider adding microwave & tea towels.Suggest providing instruction on catching tram from station to the apartment.

Only one working powerpoint in the kitchen area and no microwave, which would have been very useful Couldn't get the hob to work and host company was not very helpful Cleaning fee was a little high

BEWARE OF THE 45 EURO ADDITIONAL FEE. It’s crazy that isn’t in the price on Booking.com it feels like extra extortion and it’s not worth the extra price

Everything was perfect. I recommend it.

The layout confused us, very large kitchen area with eating area stuck in one corner. Enough storage for a long stay, but TV was in the bed area and only visible from bed There were no sockets or lamps near bed, so you had to get up to turn lights off. The shower was very small, yet there was room for a bigger one.. The apartment was spacious but badly designed. It was spotless, and the kitchen had everything needed. The shower towels were very small, so you had to use robes provided to dry yourself The location was excellent
