Property was good neat and clean as well

Neighbours and pool needs to be cleaned

The beds were comfortable. The size of house and safe area for kids to play. Plenty of parking

The upstairs bathroom was not useable due to damage (damaged before we got there- split shower hose). Lawns not mowed and kids played in long grass. Pool surroundings untidy and damage to walls. Untidy and not maintained. No toaster or grater in kitchen. Evidence of mice in cupboards under sink, in pot cupboard. No for all the guests. TV did not work and no connection plug for the dongle that was plugged in. 2 kids got bites during night (not sure if bed bugs or mosquitos) . Used vape found in couch. broken furniture in garage should have been removed. Ants in kitchen a hassle.

Location was amazing. House had plenty of space and we appreciated this.

I would have liked to have addressed these directly with the owners rather than leaving a public review. I sent an email but got no response at all. Pest Issues: We had mice running around and have found evidence of rat droppings in several cupboards and drawers, which is quite unsettling. Oven Cleanliness: The oven was in an unacceptable state and required thorough cleaning before use. The oven door was filthy and oven tray full of old fat. Dirty Sock: has been left under the cushions and smells really bad. Drink cans and an Alcohol Bottle left outside on the deck with smoke butts inside them. Again, absolutely disgusting. Garage Condition: There was rubbish left in the garage, including a half-full bag of popcorn. Vacuum Cleaner: When attempting to use the vacuum to clean up, we discovered it was already full of hair and needed emptying. Smelt like wet dog when we turned it on. Missing Toaster: We couldn’t locate a toaster in the property. We ended up purchasing one and leaving it at the property Dishwasher Issue: Lastly, the dishwasher door appears to be broken, which complicates its use. There is also no plug for the sink to do dishes. Water wastage is a real thing for us that have travelled from Western Australia. I am not sure who is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the property, but it is clear that the current standards are not being met. The carpet needs a deep clean throughout the entire house or needs recarpeting.
