"Be careful"

Ok place to stay close to town centre. Safe parking

Did not recognise booking on arrival and had to take more expensive room....The only one left. This was even after booking was reconfirmed the week before arrival.

"Peaceful stay"

The place is beautifu, neat and quite. The Wifi is fast. And the water...a hot shower just like how i like it.......🤩🤩🤩The food was great. The salads/veggies were very fresh.

"Could not stay there for they gave our room away"

We were booked again at Madiva for 3 days after we have been there. We have booked already in September 2024. When arrived the Sunday afternoon from Katima Mulilo, they just told us that there was only 1 room left and we had to find another place to stay for the night. We were very upset for we have booked through Booking.com and thought we could trust that everything was in place. This experience made a very bad impression on us of Madiva and Booking.com.

The admin. That Booking.com did not respond to our complaints
