Room was super clean, good water pressure for the shower what I always appreciate and is not always given in Italy. Location is perfect for a short trip where you mainly focus on the city center.

Having no other choice but to online check In on a, in my opinion, not well designed website. But it is not a big deal and some may even see that as a positive not having to check in physically.

It was a fully renovated room. There was a shared kitchen with a fridge. The owner sent us an instruction e-mail explaining how to enter the building and the room. It was easy to follow the instructions. The room was big enough and there was enough space to put our luggage and to hang our clothes. The bathroom is very big and they have hot water 7/24.

The air conditioner didn't placed to an effective place. It was placed under the window and there is a curtain closing it all around which affects the performance of the air conditioner.

My stay at Le Suites dell’Edera in Bologna was wonderful. The apartment was very modern and spacious, with a large, well-equipped kitchen that had everything I could possibly need — coffee, snacks, plenty of dishes and cutlery, and even two irons. Everything was so well organized and easy to find, which made the stay feel effortless. The whole place was spotless and clearly very well maintained. The bathroom was also excellent, stocked with good quality shampoo and soap — a small detail that made the stay feel even more comfortable. From the window, there was a lovely view of nearby houses with rooftop terraces covered in greenery, which gave the apartment a charming and peaceful atmosphere. The location is fantastic — less than a 10-minute walk to Piazza Maggiore, making it perfect for exploring Bologna on foot.

The only small improvement would be to provide a bit clearer instructions for the key code and elevator use.
