Spacious Eco House Malabe

The area was serene with the convenience of Uber eats delivery. The house consists of all basic needs like a small fridge, microwave, stove, washer and dryer. Air conditioning and hot water worked well.

Beds were comfortable but the pillows were not comfortable for us. There are multiple stairs which will make it difficult for people with mobility issues. Place can use better maintenance but we enjoyed our stay and will be back.

They didn’t provide the full house as they should do. They asked us to paid more to have access to the full house that we already paid for. That’s not honest. Still tried to fix the issue with them but they insisted for us to pay more. We contacted booking.com to solve the issue and after of course they wanted to provide us the house without fees. But we didn’t trust them anymore. Be careful if you are booking with them. I will recommend to avoid this scam.

I had a great stay! The house is incredibly cozy, clean, and very modest – perfect for a relaxing visit. It’s conveniently located close to Cargills Food City, Keells Super, and many other facilities, making it super easy to get whatever you need. The neighborhood is calm and quiet, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and convenience!

Comfortable, clean house.$ Host was honest, considerate, friendly and responsive. The sumptuous breakfast arrived on time.

The towels in almost every room were wet. The common bathrooms and the free standing wash basin and the kitchen would benefit from professional cleaning. Guests would find it useful if washing powder is made available for the 2 washing machines.

The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary items, making it easy to prepare meals during my stay. It included modern appliances like a refrigerator and stove, as well as essential cookware and utensils. I appreciated having a variety of pots, pans, and baking trays available, which allowed me to cook everything from quick breakfasts to elaborate dinners. Additionally, there were ample dishes and cutlery, so I never felt like I was missing anything. Overall, the kitchen truly felt like a home away from home, and I enjoyed the flexibility it provided

One aspect I found challenging was the lack of air conditioning in the ground floor bedroom. During the daytime, it tended to get quite warm, which made it a bit uncomfortable. The living area also felt a bit hot, particularly in the afternoon.
