La Jose Beach Resort

The place smells like dog shit.

We booked the family studio, very spacious, two air con units. Clean facilities. The staff even showed us to the nearest restaurant on his scooter. We followed in our car.

Thei kitchen very spacious.

Bathroom no hot water, no mirror in the room or. Bathroom, broken air conditioner, no area rugs or rugs to clean or dry areas especially in the bathrooms

Location is quite far

Smell of the Dog around the lobby

Big pool, location is quiet and just right across the beach. My daughter and i spent about an hour or so just swimming. Good thing my daughter loved the pool.

For the price of the Hut with no hot and cold shower, no tables, no basic toiletries(you need to buy at the front desk), no free water, no breakfast, the smell of the toilet(mold like smell) is not worth it. A big no. We got no choice because i immediately booked it online few minutes before we went to the property. My wife who has allergic rhinitis wasnt able to sleep peacefully so we ended up checking out 7am just to hurry back home and get some rest. Also, the dogs at the hotel lobby is not okay. They smell really bad.

The place was very clean and the receptionist was helpful.

There were really loud teens on the property until late at night so I had to go to sleep using headphones, and surprisingly the noise was not gone when I woke up at 8am. I'm no party killer but it was pure screaming not even loud music or singing. No toiletries and the flushing does not work properly.
