This property is amazing value ! The staff are great in particular the property manager it is only 4 minutes to the main street but on the way you will see a wet market & fresh food market then you have restaurants & bars then a few minutes of walking you have on of the top 10 beaches in Vietnam with fresh seafood you can see them bringing in that days catch. What you don't have here is stress....

The room is super cozy and clean. The house is in good location, I just need few minutes by foot to get to the local beach. Breakfast is quite simple with eggs, fruits and coffee but good enough to start a day. I can use bicycle to get to the old town for free too. Highly recommended!

The room was amazing. I loved it. It was very spacious Room was cleaned every day Lots of extras included like fridge in the room, nice balcony I loved swimming in the pool Next time I come to hoi an I will come back here again

Not everything was perfect, but when I spoke with the staff they were always very friendly and fixed issues quickly

I was there for three days, the place is simply excellent. The owner of the place is a very, very nice woman. The pool is excellent. The location is very close to the area, there are many bars and attractions to do. Suitable for both individuals and couples and families who want to come. The cleanliness is also very high! You can rent scooters there and take bicycles for free to the famous beach there. Highly recommended!

The accommodation was very nice, clean, and even cozier than expected. The beds were especially comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Extending our stay for an extra night was no problem at all, and we would be happy to come back anytime

とってもオーナーの女性が優しくて素敵でした！ オーナーさんがたくさん話しかけてくれて、サポートしてくれました。 お部屋も綺麗でした。冷房もばっちり、シャワーも温水が出ます。ウェルカムドリンクのスイカジュースも美味しかったです🫶 ホテルの前が広く、幹線道路も近いので、車を呼んだらホテルのすぐ前に着けてもらえます。夜遅くても安心して利用できました。

特にありません。 でも、近くでたくさんニワトリを育ててるお家があるみたいで、朝はニワトリの声で起こしてもらえます🐓 気になる人は気になるかも？という感じでした。ホテルの方のせいではないので、良くなかった点ではないかもしれませんが、、、
