Voodi mugav, riiete riputamiseks oli toas stange, väike külmkapp. Bassein puhas ja mõnusalt jahutav. Kass Rocky pakkus silmarõõmu, kes lasi ennast hellitada.

Asukoht oli väga eraldatud. Rendiautoga polnud võimalik hoovi sõita. Pidime parkima tänaval. Hommikusöök polnud suurem asi. Puudus isegi väike või ja dzemmi pakike. Ja kõige rohkem peaks personal pöörama tähelepanu koristamisele! Mustust ja lohakust oli näha kõikjal.

Clean and modern room, very spacious, with minibar and large bathroom, also large balcony and air conditioning. Friendly staff and good conversation. We were able to have free water in the bar as many times as we wanted and that helped a lot, we ate only once in the restaurant and it was very tasty, the best mi goreng I tried in Indonesia, but it was second choice since they did not have what I asked for in the first place (that made us eat the rest of the days elsewhere). I would love to say that despite being a beautiful room we always slept well, but far from that. We understand that the sound of the mosque and the roosters is not their fault at all but in addition to that; We had noisy gecko, the big ones! In our room, which we saw and did not let us sleep when we woke up twice a night, which also pooped on our sheet and that we found by surprise after a long day at the beach, that day before leaving the room we left the sign of please do the cleaning service, which, oh surprise was not done because we did not leave it open without a key (no one ever warned us, we assumed they had a key) and when we returned it was not only uncleaned but with gecko poop in bed. We didn’t have internet in the room any of the 4 days we were there and no one told us in advance that it would be like this. The air conditioning dripped on our heads every time we were lying down on bed. We gave clothes for laundry one noon and they said that for the next noon it would be done which was not the case and it took 2 days, because a member forgot to pick it up so we slept with dirty clothes that night. In the breakfast, where we just starts the day, always the staff (4/5 people) smoking a lot and talking loudly next to the guests and it is really ugly to eat and start the day like this.

L’endroit est trop beau, le staff est trop gentil, aux petits soins avec nous. La nourriture est très bonne et c’est très propre. C’est vraiment trop bien !!!!

Wifi et air climatisée fonctionnent par intermittence dans la chambre Bon petit déjeuner mais aliments indisponibles à quelques reprises Énormément de mouches en déjeunant Personnel peu efficace pour l’accueil, réponses aux questions et aide en général La piscine est bien mais l’eau pas super propre et le deck tombe en ruine, limite dangereux avec des planches cassées

El trato del personal, en especial Sunrise y Aris. Serviciales y acogedores, con buena conversación. La tranquilidad y las instalaciones. La comida.

Quizás algo alejado del ambiente de Kuta, con oscuridad en la carretera para poder llegar a Kuta. La carretera de acceso al hotel provoca resbalones y en nuestro caso una caída con la moto.
