Posizione centralissima, in centro, ottima per girare la città a piedi. Letto comodo. Bagno pulito e efficiente.

Senza condizionatore, entrata un po’ ostica con scale strette e con altre case nello stesso pianerottolo. Senza reception, il codice di accesso viene fornito via whatsapp.

Property was in awful condition. I have put in a complaint to receive a full refund and have heard nothing back from booking.com

Great location, spacious room with kettle and small fridge. comfortable bed. Good selection of cafes and restaurants nearby.

No luggage storage for early arrival. Lumpy pillows. No tea, coffee or mugs supplied. some noise from restaurant next door. No door between bathroom and bedroom.

The location is undoubtedly good, in a part of the city centre that is accessible by car but has little traffic, especially at night. However, at times noisy people passed by on the street, talking, arguing, or quarrelling loudly, even late at night, which was disturbing.

There was only one bedsheet instead of two, and on the mattress cover there were hairs from a previous guest. The room didn’t even have a small wardrobe. The entrance area (from the street, common with other rooms) was dirty, with dust, cigarette packs, receipts, and other rubbish piled up in a corner for days. It was also dark most of the time, as the light in the entrance didn’t work.

Good location

The room did not have air conditioning, neither was there a wardrobe to hang my cloths. There was ants on the floor, which then climbed their way onto the duvet. If photos are required as evidence, please let me know.

The location of the accommodation was good, but noise from the street including shouting and other sounds could be heard until 3 a.m.....

A toilet door that did not close properly. A stained pillowcase. And stepping straight from the shower into the room without any separation.

Clean. Comfortable.

Central location

Check in arrangements has to be chased up and were unclear. Floor’s were dirty, bin in bathroom hadn’t been emptied since previous occupant. Duvet cover hadn’t been put onto the duvet. Was very noisy during the night with people up and down the stairs

You may get assigned to another room which is not the suite shown in the pictures, however this room I'm talking about is comfortable and pretty good decorated, spacious bathroom and shower, TV, varanda and king size bed. Just get in the house was something concerning at times as the elock ran out of battery and you have to enter a 7-digit code for which you will have to keep checking the email confirmation, take note of it or memorize it, the same for the room once you are in the house. Quite place. No disturbance. I'll say 4.7 out of 5 due to the doorlocks.
