La terrazza sul mare

Parkplatz vor der Haustür auf einem großen Platz, Gate am Eingang, sehr praktisch. Große Terrasse. Man ist in 5 Minuten unten an der kleinen Promenade/ Strand, mit dem Bus (der aber nicht so häufig/ pünktlich fährt) kann man nach Taormina fahren. Freundliche Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin.

Ehrlich gesagt haben wir uns nicht so wohl gefühlt, das Viertel wirkt dodgy und rund ums Haus eher unschön, dreckig, einfach nicht sehr einladend. Sieht man auf dem Foto nicht, aber vor dem Haus führt eine laute Straße entlang, dann die Bahngleise und oben über die Brücke die Autobahn, dementsprechend ist es laut. Das Apartment wirkte eher wie ein AirBnB, es war voller Dinge, das kam uns auch ein bisschen komisch vor bzw fühlte sich nicht so gut an, als ob da normalerweise jemand wohnt (auf den Fotos auch so nicht zu sehen). Das ganze Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen und obwohl es mehrere Räume sind konnten wir den Koffer nicht mal richtig aufmachen so eng war es.

Nažalost bilo je malo glasno, pošto je iznad zgrade obilaznica i ispod pruga.

Le terrazze sono il punto di forza dell' appartamento, permettono di stare al fresco la sera e cenare all' aperto. Comodissima la posizione che dà un accesso diretto alla via principale del paese e al mare. Molto comodo anche il parcheggio interno.

Si entra con keybox senza incontrarsi e si ha un po' la sensazione di entrare in casa di qualcun altro. Il quarto piano offre una vista ariosa ma non c'è l' ascensore.

Appartamento incantevole con una bella vista sul mare! La "Terrazza sul mare" è un luogo con tutte le comodità necessarie per un soggiorno rilassante. La posizione è ideale, con accesso diretto alla spiaggia attraverso un comodo sottopassaggio. Il parcheggio privato è un ulteriore vantaggio. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e cortese. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno di qualità in una posizione privilegiata.

Close to the beach. Host is amazing. She had everything we need ready, complete with cold water from the fridge, coffee, etc. It has a big balcony looking at the sea.

It is close to the railroad and freeway, so it can be noisy, if the balcony door remain open. But we researched the location and were aware of that and accepted it. All the benefits outweight this one inconvinience.

Great location just a few minutes simple walk to the beach and town. Lovely terrace to enjoy dining and relaxing outside.

The host Fina met us at the property, showed us around, had snacks and water for us. The apartment is so clean, cute and comfortable. It is just a short walk to a nice beach in a cute little town and a short can or bus ride to Taormina. Perfect for our family of four. Great value!

It was a little warm, but that was the norm for all the places we stayed in Italy in July.
