Casa vacanza al Mare

Apartment was very comfortable, nice and spacious, has everything we could need in the kitchen, nice cozy living room and comfortable bed and beddings. The apartment is on first floor above the host's own house. Hosts were so courteous and helpful despite the language barrier, Gabrielle was warm and welcomed us in. Location was very good, 7mins drive from forte dei marmi town and the beaches. All in all the place is equipped and location was on point. It's very suitable for a family.

- The entrance to the apartment is shabby, almost feels like you're living in someone else's backyard, the staircase to the apartment is metal, steep and narrow which made transfering our multiple peices of luggage uneasy. - Water pressure in the shower was on the lower end - I was told by holidu (the apartment management company) when I called them that both bedrooms had ACs, which was not true. Despite me calling to ask this very specific question, this forced us to keep the kids and our room doors open so that they get some cooling (there are heatwaves in europe nowadays and ACs in every room for is a non negotiable).
