"Not good value for the money."

The property is nicely renovated, it has a balcony and it is spacious.

The apartment wasn't clean and it was smelling like cigarettes. You have to bring your own bed linen and towels. You get the house rules quite late, so you can not prepare for the lack of basic equipment in the apartment. The fridge wasnt cleaned -looks like guests are cleaning after one another. Drain in the shower is stuffed. Bad wifi. The owner is nice, but the apartment is in desperate need for more professional aproach- cleaning service after guests and feeling like being on vacation- towels and bed being prepared for the guests.
