Riad Les Trois Mages

Not fancy, but lovely and very quiet.

The location was a bit tricky until I had a bit of practice finding it from the medina dropoff point. It was down a couple of alleys, with the front door across from a dumpster that had some visitors one or twice. However, once inside, it was quiet and comfortable. And the lobby has an electronic piano, a nice touch that I enjoyed a few times (with the provided headphones so as not to bother other guests).

Bár a gépünk éjszaka, jelentős késéssel érkezett, a házigazda, Aziz, mégis személyesen várt minket meleg teával és apró süteményekkel, sőt a taxink elé is gyalog kijött, hogy biztosan megtaláljuk a szállást. Már aznap este térképet kaptunk és Aziz mindent elmagyarázott hova, hogyan tudunk eljutni A szoba és maga a riad pontosan olyan, mint a képeken: ízlésesen berendezett, tiszta, hangulatos. Sajnos az időjárás nem volt a legjobb (amiről természetesen nem ők tehetnek), ennek ellenére mindent megtettek a kényelmünkért – előre befűtött szobával vártak minket, ami különösen jól esett. A reggeli minden alkalommal nagyon finom volt, látszott, hogy szívvel-lélekkel készítik. Távozáskor is rendkívül rugalmasak és figyelmesek voltak: mivel az esti járatunk csak 21 órakor indult, maradhattunk a szobában egészen az indulásig. Búcsúzáskor ismét teával, kávéval és apró süteményekkel kínáltak meg minket. Köszönjük ezt a kivételes vendégszeretetet – mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudjuk, mi biztosan visszatérünk.

Our stay at this hotel was a absolutely wonderful experience. Tucked away in the heart of the Marrakech Medina, it is a true hidden gem, the hotel is a beautiful traditional riad, offering a peaceful escape from the bustling energy of the old city streets just outside its doors. The service was impeccable throughout our stay, the manager Aziz provided exceptionally detailed and personalized guidance for exploring Marrakech, His tips, recommendations, and genuine care significantly enriched our trip. Mornings were a delight, thanks to the delicious and generous breakfast. It offered a fantastic mix of local specialties and classic options, providing the perfect fuel for a day of adventure. We wholeheartedly recommend this riad to anyone who seeking an authentic, charming, and tranquil stay in Marrakech. It’s more than just a hotel. It’s a memorable part of the cultural experience

Aziz, our host, provided the most perfect experience you could wish for. The riad is beautiful, clean and calm. Just what you want to come 'home' to after the crazy, busy streets of Marrakech. Aziz also organised a trip with a private guide to the Atlas Mountains, which were spectacular, as well as transfers to and from the airport. He took time to sit down with us and showed us on a map all the places to visit, restaurants etc. Altogether, it was a fabulous stay, highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay here: the staff were so kind and forthcoming, the Riad was beautiful and clean, with a delicious breakfast, and the location was great and central! Highly recommend.

We didn't mention this at the time but our shower didn't drain very well, but this really wasn't a huge issue!

Maybe the best place we have ever stayed. A truly wonderful Moroccan riad in a perfect location for visitors – right in the medina, but away from the noisy chaos and crowds. The atmosphere is very cozy and authentic, and inside it’s calm and quiet, far from the hustle of the streets. The owner, Aziz, made our stay truly remarkable – always smiling, attentive, helping with transport arrangements and giving great tips for Marrakech. We felt more like guests of a friend than regular customers. The dinner we ordered at the riad was the best we had during our whole stay in Marrakech – home-cooked, very tasty and served with real care. * Very close to a small square where taxis stop – only about a hundred meters’ walk from the riad * In the medina, but in a quieter area, away from the biggest crowds * Fantastic host – Aziz, who genuinely takes care of his guests * Very cozy, authentic riad atmosphere * The dinner at the riad was the best meal of our stay in Marrakech We highly recommend this place and would gladly come back again.

De ligging was perfect, rustig maar op loopafstand van de bezienswaardigheden. Het ontbijt was heerlijk, super uitgebreid en alles werd vers bereid. Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

Très bon emplacement. On s’est sentis comme à la maison. Très joli Ryad et mention spéciale pour la terrasse ainsi que le petit déjeuner délicieux.
