0ur stay at Riad Les Trois Mages was absolutely exceptional, offering a peaceful and beautiful escape in the heart of the Marrakech medina. Manager Aziz and the wonderful team, including Ousmane and Abdulrahim, provided outstanding hospitality that made my trip truly unforgettable. The moment we arrived, Aziz sat down with us and a map of the medina to help us get our bearings. He marked recommended routes, restaurants, and sights, which was an invaluable service that made navigating the city's intricate alleyways much less intimidating. He was always available to offer advice and assist with booking our excursion to the Atlas Mountains. Ousmane, the night guardian, was particularly lovely and entertaining, making us feel completely at home. The riad itself is a stunning oasis of calm. The serene courtyard and tranquil rooftop terrace with a heated plunge pool provided the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The tasteful Moroccan decor and inviting atmosphere make Riad Les Trois Mages a truly special and memorable place to stay.

Le personnel parle très peu anglais et français Petit déjeuner simple au vu du prix Piscine très peu profonde En fin de séjour nous avons payé les deux nuits en carte bleue. Ils prennent 4% de taxe en plus alors que ce n est pas indiqué sur booking. Pour clôturer le tout il n y avait pas de papier dans la machine à carte. C était bien indiqué que le paiement avait été accepté et on nous a laissé partir. Mais nous avons été harcelé sur whatsapp plusieurs jours pour repayer. J ai due envoyer un justificatif de paiement quand m a banque a débité le montant soit plusieurs jours après. Expérience très moyenne au vu de tous les hôtels et riads que nous avons fait lors de notre trip au Maroc du Nord au Sud. Vous pouvez trouver beaucoup mieux pour moins cher.

Abdul y Aziz fueron súper amables en todo momento. Estuvieron muy pendientes de que no nos faltara nada y de que nuestra estancia fuera lo más confortable posible, y ayudaron en todo. El Riad es muy bonito y está muy bien ubicado. El desayuno muy correcto. Para repetir.

Todo estuvo muy bien. Sólo diría que el grifo del baño de la habitación costaba de abrir (había que hacer fuerza).
