Staff is very friendly and helpful.

They put me in a terrible room, totally different from the pictures. The worst part was that these rooms on the back do not have proper windows! But just one giant glass that is put in a way that allow all the wind to pass. I was freezing every night!

Nachdem wir mit dem ersten Zimmer nicht zufrieden waren, bekamen wir sofort ein anderes, das viel besser war. Das Personal war sichtlich bemüht, uns zufrieden zu stellen und kaufte sogar extra ein Heizgerät, da uns kalt war. Badezimmer einfach, aber in Ordnung. Zimmer geräumig und ausreichend ausgestattet. An dem Haus wird gebaut, das Hotel wird derzeit erweitert, aber wir haben davon nicht viel mitbekommen. Sehr gutes Restaurant im Souterrain.
