Air conditioning didnโ€™t work even after paying a lot of money purely to have air conditioning. When I spoke to the staff they came and had a look the were rude and said nothing was wrong, but it was warmer in the room than outside. No offer of even a partial refund even though I checked out the same day. I also received a check out email the day before I was actually due to check out so Iโ€™m sure they amended the reservation to be able to open the room back up and make even more money. Location wasnโ€™t great
