Pepita apartment , big window to the sea

The hosts were amazing. Roberto was there to guide us to the room and show us around. The view right outside the apartment was surreal and completely exceeded my expectations from any pictures posted on here.

The path to the apartment was slightly steep which may be difficult for some people. However, it is 100% worth the effort to stay here.

Apartment is situated in a great location overlooking the harbor. Roberto, who manages our initial arrival and subsequently checked in at various points of our three nights to make sure all was okay, was responsive, attentive, and pleasant. Although the apartment opens up to the public walkway, the walkway is a sweet gathering spot for approximately six apartments and serves as a quiet passage that leads to an isolated terrace that overlooks the sea. We would return, either to this apartment or to one of the other apartments associated with this host and greeter.

The location is fabulous and for Manarola the apartment was spacious. Owner was very responsive, kind and helpful. View is so spectacular. There is an uncrowded public terrace about 20 yards from apartment and it’s perfect to bring a snack or cocktail to for a nice sunset view.

The couch/futon in living room was not very comfortable.

Loved the location! You could watch the most beautiful sunsets and it was away from the action without being far. It was quiet and comfortable.

Despite my train was delayed for 2 hours, the host representative came to meet me near the train station. Commanding view of the sea from outside of my apartment

Insufficient heating in the bedroom and bathroom. The floor was cold and the host could have provided slippers. Bath soaps cakes and shampoo gel in packets could have been replaced by shower gel in bottles

The location was a million dollars

The apartment is built into a cave with very little natural light and a damp feel

Lovely host who met us and showed us the easiest way, avoiding steps. Exceeds the small photo on booking.com as there was a large dining space as well as a generously-sized bedroom. Host could not have been more helpful. Really good communication and the fact Andrea speaks such good English made everything easy. Wonderful location - the excellent location wasn't really mentioned in the ad but you're right at the front of Manarola with access onto a walkway right outside with fantastic views. It's not a private terrace but you can go outside in seconds to photograph the sunset over the sea etc. Stylish and very roomy for two people.
