Location and availability was nice. Customer service was excellent.

The photos were showing the property right after a renovation. The property was really run down and in need of repairs both inside and out.

I liked that it was on the beach. The view was great.

It was not as advertised. It was dirty. There were ants. The grill was not usable. The furniture smelled like wet dog. The linen on the beds and the towels were dirty and dingy. There was dust on the ceiling and ceiling fans. The shower did not drain well. The grills were rusted and not usable.
