Poor value. Not as clean. Pretty noisy area, landlord doesn’t respond quickly at all. Lots of bugs in the apartment and it smells pretty bad. I stayed here for 7 days after my surgery and would have booked an airbnb next time. There is a million residents in this building so it gets noisy and the elevator you have to wait for about 30 minutes because it’s always so full.

Review of Arkisha's Rooms 2911 and 2311 Room 2911 -Bathroom: The bathroom is clean and has a bidet and a digital heater, but it lacks soap and shampoo. -Kitchen: The kitchen includes a sink, hand soap, a small fridge (with an ice cube tray), microwave, kettle, rice cooker, plates, mugs, and utensils. -TV: The room has Netflix available. -Internet: The internet connection is good and only went down once during our 6-day stay. -View: Great view of EDSA. Room 2311 Good Improvements: Room 2311 was better than 2911 in terms of the bed and pillows, allowing for normal sleep. It also included soap, shampoo, toothpaste, and a larger fridge, though still smaller than a typical size. Similarities: Like 2911, this room has the same air conditioning, kitchen amenities (a rice cooker was requested and provided), and offers the same great view of EDSA. The main door security has a proper doorknob that locks. no internal locks though like room 2911

Review of Arkisha's Rooms 2911 and 2311 Room 2911 -Bed: The bed is hard, with metal springs that poke you while you sleep. I had difficulties getting a good night's rest; this supposedly cheap stay isn't worth it. -Pillow: The pillows are large and hard, making it uncomfortable to sleep in any position, resulting in neck pain. -Air Conditioning: The window-type aircon is strong and cold but can be noisy. It's analog, so you'll need to adjust it manually to find a comfortable setting. -Pests: We encountered baby cockroaches. Other reviews mention more pests in this building, which might be coming from outside or other rooms. -Main Door Security: Inside, there are at least three locks. However, the external doorknob is broken. When you turn it clockwise, it locks; counterclockwise, it can be opened. Communicating with the owner about this issue was challenging due to scheduling conflicts. We were offered a transfer to another unit but declined due to time constraints. Test the lock when checking in. Room 2311 Issues: The TV in 2311 had problems playing Netflix, unlike in 2911. Luckily, we found other distractions. The bathroom shower heater is analog, requiring adjustments to find a comfortable temperature. Internet Issues: The internet was down from October 4 at 5 PM until checkout on October 6 at noon. The owner mentioned a repairman was supposed to address this, but we were not present, so it appears to be a building-wide issue. If you plan to work from here, be prepared for potential connectivity problems. Pests: There seemed to be more baby cockroaches in room 2311 compared to 2911. at least 6fold choose your poison i guess

There are cockroaches. The faucet is dripping. The AC has also dripping water. The door lock is not secured. The POC is not quickly available

- Close to the mrt station - 2-5 mb/s internet

- missing toiletries: no tp, no soap, no shampoo - different from the pictures: old run down apartment, broken kitchenette doors, window above the bed has a broken handle so it does not close right - old "box" ac, Very loud and the room does not keep the temperature so need to run it constantly - springy bed, you can feel every spring (but at least it wasn't hard as in Vietnam) - communication with the host was very poor, when i arrived nobody knew anything and only after 30 mins they got it resolved and gave the key (the host messaged me in the evening!! About the key, at least 6h after i checked in) - the towels were cheap plastic based towel (the ones that feel terrible on the skin and don't dry at all), they were changed to proper towels after i complained about the missing toiletries
